My Beserker got struck twice with the ADS bug. I was using Shoulder Caster and overloaded, it switched me to my Net Gun and I was locked in the ADS pose. Luckily I was in the trees so switched branches and it broke me free. But when my energy was returned and I aimed my Shoulder Caster, it locked up again even when I switched branches.
