I would like to suggest an Adjustment in the Selection of the Advantages of the Predator and FT Classes.
Currently, for each Class, we can assign only 3 Advantages for each Class of Predator or FT.
But the Classes have a limit of advantages.
7, 10, 12 for example.
But I think we would have better equipped Predators and Soldiers in the matches.
Along with that, I think we could have an FT Class Selection System, to prevent players from using the same classes of soldiers in matches.
To have more Diversity, and a more Complete Team.
For example.
If I choose a Reconnaissance Soldier, the other Soldiers will have to be from another Class.
Attack, Support, Scout, Et.
This would also avoid 4 People at the Same Time playing with “Dutch”.
I say that, because the Advantages make FT Stronger. But the Predator would also be Stronger !.
I am giving you these ideas, as I recently bought the “Dutch” 2025 DLC.
And I was a little frustrated.
I thought this would be the Best Soldier Class in the Game !.
But I see that “Dutch” '87 and the OWLF Agent are even a little Better.
The “Dutch” 2025 shouldent be a True Predator Killer !.
Who could take the Best Equipment, and have the Most Possible Advantages.
For Combat with Predators to be more Exciting !.
No to the class limit, more so if they expect me to pay money for those. Imagine buying one and then when everybody wants to play us one you will sit in que forever. Also the que its already shit for preds, now imagine when the game has to also find different classes for each pred. Oh boy! More so when new FT classes are released and each pred needs 4 different classes. I hope you don’t mind hours long que.
A. This would increase que times without much of a benefit
B. Diverse classes doesn’t even do anything because all the classes are bland anyways and if the classes weren’t bland then the composition of 4 unique classes would be as unique as a composition of 4 of the same
C. This would make DLC drops even worse
As for your “advantages” are you suggesting a buff or a rework?
If your talking a buff then that buffs the FT more than the Pred because most Pred classes have the perk point to get their build while the same is not true of FT.
Considering your rework idea’s in the past none of them have been good.
A: My friend, that would not increase the Time at all.
It would only prevent repetition of Classes within the Team.
Think with me: Why does a Team need 2 Reconnaissance Soldiers ?. Or 2 “Dutch” ?. Or 2 Support Soldiers ?. The Team must have a Soldier from each Class. One of the Benefits would be an Attack Strategy.
B: If so, there would be no different Classes in the Game.
C: I didn’t understand your reasoning regarding DLC’s.
I am actually suggesting a Rework.
Because Today, we have 25 different types of “Advantages” for Soldiers and Predators.
But each Class can only use 3 “Advantages”.
The “Advantages” I’m talking about are those of the type “like Pork in the Mud”, “Thick Hull”, “Quick Release”.
But these “Advantages” have Points.
And that limits the use of “Advantages”.
If a Class, for example, Attack Class, can use 10 “Advantages”, one way or another, It will only use 3 out of 25.
One with 2 points, one with 3 points and one with 5 points for example.
My suggestion is that if the Class allows the use of 10 “Advantages”, we must select 10 of the 25 “Advantages”.
Yes it would. It would make the teams you que into take longer because it specifically has to find some one with a default class different to your default class instead of a random.
Why shouldn’t they? What’s wrong with copies of a class?
What attack stratagy? It’s no different from each other.
No. The classes act as stats. That’s it they’re stats. Not operator abilities, not survivor perks. They’re stats. It’s like picking being a 3 armor or a 3 speed in siege. It’s meaningless diversity wise.
If a new DLC character drops everyone is going to be queing as that class making que times bad for both Pred and FT.
While I will agree there shouldn’t be a cap on perks total since it punishes Recon and both scouts for choosing a worse perk and makes most bad perk pointless
Choosing 10 perks outright is a bad idea. Same with the gear.
The point of the cost is to balance the gameplay impact. Without that balance every perk has to be equally as strong as each other meaning you get less diverse perks as it can’t be something inherently too strong or too weak and you can’t deliberately make a perk really strong because there’s nothing balancing the strength of the perk. Only the quantity of the perk.
But before Everyone Confirms the Start of the Match, it is possible to change the Soldier or Predator Class.
This Standard Class Question would be interesting for a Solo Game. Where, for example, we were in the same situation as the Movie Predators (2010).
Where we do not depend on a team. It is simply a matter of survival.
In an Elite Squad, you have no soldiers who perform the same functions.
What Illfonic could do would be to further explore the Specifications for each Class.
Each Class has 4 Specifications.
But each one schould be independent.
For example, the Support Soldier. One of the Specifications is “Field Doctor” if I am not mistaken. It would be a Soldier prepared to Bring Medical Kits and Healing Syringes.
For example.
If the Team had Exactly, a Scout Soldier, a Reconnaissance Soldier, a Support Soldier and an Attack Soldier, it would already be possible to make a Strategy.
The Reconnaissance Soldier, could position himself in High Places to be a Long Range Shooter.
The Attack Soldier could be the Operation Leader.
With some Soldiers Killed by the Sniper, the Scout goes into Action.
For being the fastest.
Thus, the Sniper watches from Above, the Scout runs after the items on the Map, the Attack Soldier Leads, and the Support Assists the Team with Ammunition, Medical Kits and Heavy Weapons.
Wouldn’t that be a good strategy?
Play with Him in Private Matches.
Or in that Mode that I suggested could be developed.
This idea, in general, would be more suitable for Quick Matches.
I believe that the Limit is Yes Necessary.
But I think He’s wrong.
If a Soldier can have 10 Advantages / Benefits, He must have 10 Advantages / Benefits !.
As I said, the Game has 25 Advantages / Benefits for FT Soldiers and Predators.
But each Class has its Equipment Limits and Advantages / Benefits.
The idea is that the Game Respects this Limit.

Ya but then you’ll have multiple people with the same class selected. What then? You get random classes? Thanks for making all my joke classes detrimental to RNG. As well as arguments and toxicity with randoms.

And that means that we should only have one why?
But I could do all this with 3 recons and an assault.
Plus even if that was gameplay (hopefully it will get to that point) that doesn’t mean we should lock classes since certain strays can use multiples of a class.
