Hello there! I’ve just finished a match where the predator simply went AFK for the whole match not showing up even a single time. Still, at the end of the operation he got more experience than any of the fireteam members.
I think that requires some minor tweaking. Some people might want to abuse this for EXP.

AFK players and what to do with them.
I just had a match start and the whole fireteam just quit right away…
predator sometimes isnt afk but doesnt attack because the team are all together and there is no oportunity without being killed. sometimes they are afk though because it takes so long to get a game they will go do stuf while it searches.
They might not have been AFK, sometimes i just cant find he Fireteam…, 😅
