i doubt thats enough to anything but flappy bird.
the new Pokémon games (scarlet/violet) are 3d, and PHG on switch might look teh same as it is now, but its unlikely it would look as good
Pretty sure Switch is the equivalent of a PC built in 2008 and has 4 gb of ram.
