Definitely on topic. When they snag Neil Degrassie Tyson to do a PSA for Alien you know he wasn’t told about it. Thats when he bangs on IGNs door for the cash he’s owed.

Their other trailer which they released today on IGN looks pretty cool. I’m glad they have the means to do CGI stuff that could knock it out of the park if they wanted it to.Noah H. isn’t known to me for doing anything particularly scifi at all. But i think Ridley Scott is Exec. producer so you know money is being spent properly.
The computer sequences are pretty cool too!

Well well well that was actually badass and made a few things come to mind which was the engineers and the face hugger from prometheus. Idk if either of those have to do with it but still a nice teaser

If you’ve ever seen American Horror Story among other notable tv shows like Silo, Man in the high castle, Westwolrd, there is a cinematic intro sequence developer whom does just introductions and they always hit home with some really cool looking sequences. This is probably from them too but i’m not sure.
Typically their music scores for the intro utilize the same mood. This is similar but different.

This trailer is already intriguing. If they made 6 more…holy shit. Maybe they are on to something.
And hey, if they put out a series of paperback novels to go along as backup, i’m all in. Because that really proves that there is some real secret to the sauce.
