according to the spreadsheet no in an event where both perks are taken and effect a dmg source Fearless is always used

Shit silencer reduces dmg I might as well take that off playing with randoms, some randoms might not use or have silencer

what about Impenetrable perk? How many damage it reduce? And how many HP predator mask have and with perk?

Impenetrable is 10% more hp ,about the mask I don’t know unfortunatly.

From the numbers, it seems like you can 1 shot Recon and Scout from fully charged plasma caster shots with Down Range? I know easier said than done though since they’re the 2 fastest moving FT classes in the game.

All recons and scout usually use the perk that gives them more hp or at least least less damage from pred’s weapon. So you will one shot some one very seldom.
