Do you mean in the form of DLC just like DUTCH 2025? Or another form which sounds quite complicated. They should make a form that will be available to those who want to pay for it, such as DLC (preliminary access). If you do not buy it, you will receive it for free at a later time. Sounds pretty reasonable from my point of view
