I think this is a good reason for him to be Spiderman
Being versatile with different dance moves and able to shock those around him by pulling stuff like this. It adds good experience he can use for later rolls as the webhead

I laughed my ass off, kids got talent and he had fun with it.

Literally iron man junior, he’s not even his own character other than being “goofy spiderboy who has to get his ass saved constantly because hes comic relief and no one takes him and his high school angst adventure seriously.” They even play on his identity as a joke and laugh it off every movie, pretty lame. Id take cringe emo parker over “LOOK GUYS OVER THERE A MOUNTAIN GOAT WHILE I SLIP INTO MY SPIDER SUIT.” 0 stakes, every movie is him screwing up and then someone else swoops in to save him because hes an idiot but also a super genius, its garbage. The whole routine lost its charm and the movies are only watchable for the villains.
The one thing going for him is that his opposition is Andrew Garfield who’s even less of a spiderman as a coolguy skateboarding nerd who’s also happens to be a mad scientist.
