Ghost Of Tsushima at 30fps was smooth, its only game on PS4 with 30fps lock that didn’t feel clunky, also Days Gone at 30 is almost unplayable especially when you fight hoards.

Yes, but their mechanics are very much open to be less inclined to accuracy. Its more about where you run and what you use. at least that was my impression with Days Gone. Not like the pin point accuracy with First Person Shoots like PHG.

I think my main problem was feeling of the controls for days gone, shooting was fine just genral movement and feel of things.

I think it’s because consoles have auto vsync while pc you have the option of turning it on or off, so with vsync off on pc anything less than 60fps is just crap, but 60fps locked on pc is actually pretty smooth.

Any time you’re faced with Predator, the success you have is determined on how ppl use their performance benefits. As you’ll find, going up against a PC pred with high performance, you’ll likely find it difficult.
But then again, its the same way with PS preds too if they are good.

FT the performance is more critical. PC FT tend to have great performance and reaction coupled with faster controls on keyboard…up against a low performing PS FT using clunky PS controllers they don’t stand a chance unless the predator plays honorably or is having an “off” day (which could be anything)-- or they play alongside a high performance PC FT player or players.

In the end–the playability of this game depends on what one wants to acheive.
I think illfonic should make special remarks on these ideas and make it notable.
Some people don’t want to go through the trouble of changing or upgrading their console…and should really positively re-inforce these attitudes as legit gaming strategies.

Another factor of online gaming is your ping. When I play PHG with over 100ms I can’t land a single sniper shot on the pred unless I catch him standing still.

You dont see people complain because the game is dead. People that still complain are the ones that care more about the game (because of the IP and friends, sure not for devs) and this game has not absolutly 10000 active players. If you play online you will find the same people over and over. This picture of the statistics is not a player count of the ACTIVE PLAYERS. Just scroll down to the forum the first 2/3 months and you will see a lot of people complain and writting that they were gonna drop the game. Now you have less simply because no one is playing the game any more. The game is not a in a good state because they dont read the forum and they dont even play their own game. Bugs, optimization, content, no ranked mode , shit balancenin favor of pred for console and fiteteam at high level (for both console and pc) and other problems make this game not worth to buy for price he had, considering you have to buy the p2w dlc too then.
