It was fixed but then someone broke it again. Don’t look at me, I’ve been trying to get this damn door fixed for over two months and then it gets broken again. Can’t ever have anything nice around here.

Explains why they’re not focusing as much on the updates, they’re too busy learning to be plumbers. Personally I would’ve just hired a plumber but I get the reasoning, some plumbers are out to scam you so you may as well do it yourself.
