Japanese food

Like I’ve been to Japan and I just kinda walked around and explored, the culture is really neat
Mostly drawn to a aquarium they got there

I wouldn’t consider myself a weeb, but I do have a crippling sushi addiction (can be said for all seafood, actually). Back when I was a child my dad would take lunch breaks off and take me to the local sushi place right outside his work, so I’ve got some very fond memories of that. My dad got to visit Japan for a work trip, and he enjoyed it there.

I would like to visit there someday though, along in the bucket list of a European vacation.

I believe it. My uncle would season the fish, wrap it in tinfoil and grill it. Was really soft afterwards and all the juices were kept. Delishus.

Still, my favourite ‘meat’ us eel. Tastes really good and it’s so soft and you can just crush it with you pallet; no need to chew 😂

People who know about it usually agree, people who dont are very skeptical cause it’s a slimy sea snake 😂

Best way to taste it is unagi cause it has an appreciable amount if it as opposed to most rolls. Those are priced the same as an illfonic dlc for two peace so it’s not cheap. But yoy may be able to find a buffet that has them on an all you can eat menu if you are lucky. It wont be too quality, but a good way to taste stuff. (Not sure if buffets are open during covid tho; haven’t been to one in forever)
