i believe last sunday had a peak playerbase of 260k or somthing like that it was on illfonics twitter so yes there are probably plenty of players keep in mind now
1.quarantine is slowing down people are going back to work less people are online in general I personally am going back to work monday morning yay…
2. most people want to play the predator as fireteam either isn’t fun or is seen as “weak” from teh balance changes
3.matchmaking isn’t great even now it’s better than pre 1.05 but not great

Just played my last game…
I hate working, but tomorrow and Sunday I will HUNT A LOT!
I’m a Pred main, I run a Ranged Hunter, been lvl 100 since 3 days after launch, FTs are a joke, squishy as hell if you know what you are doing, haven’t died since lvl 62, when I got the bow. Mind you, I haven’t won every match, they do escape occasionally. But not all of them, some just get the FT concept.
as a pred main myself i run a melee zerker build focused on traps and the sword/Plasmacaster since combistick was nerfed to be 2ndbest instead of the best generally i agree the only time i have issues with fireteams is when it’s metateams ie teams that are running the best 6 guns in the game probably using HP+up or other dmg perks and probably are using voice but not always. and there are 2 supports out of 4
albeit from a purly numbers perspective i can see why people think this way there are some things fireteam can do that i think should get toned back but this isn’t the place for such a discussion
i’d probably be willing to play a more ranged focused build but on PS4 aiming is rough and i don’t want to support EGS so till steam i won’t get it for PC

I run light bender, modified reserve, and dithered lens, never have to leave cloak unless I have to warm some asses up with the PC, and smack headshots all day with the bow, I also lead running targets with it. Once you figure it out and can reliably hit 90% of shots with it you will just wreck

Wierd, you definitely shouldn’t be waiting that long, if it passes 10 minutes, which it does occasionally, I cancel and restart search and it usually pops pretty quick

i have heard with the cloak reduction cost and the regen energy thing the scout predator practically can stay invisible forever
so i can see how that works
Im in North Carolina, and my destiny clan is uk based and we never have connection issues

Queues haven’t changed in PC for me. 40-50 seconds for FT/NP, 5-6 mins for Pred.
