Any preds notice it being harder to hear the FT from a distance lately?

I know they didn’t stealth patch this shit, but I played a few games tonight where it took me much longer to locate the FT than usual. It’s like I had to get much closer to them in order to hear their shots against the AI. I didn’t see any of the sound pulses either… and yeah… Pigs despawning, live or dead… WHY IS THIS STILL A THING???

It turns out if the ft kills the pigs it wont show up on the map, so if your seeing dead pigs ft killed them.

Nope. At least not that I could tell. They just got loud a few yards away… I know they didn’t just get there because of the dead AI laying around.

I haven’t tested this since the last patch, but before that I know for a fact that if the FT kill a pig, it showed up on the map for pred. Alot of FT falsely believed it “took the pig out of the game”… Which was not the case. If it is now, that’s kinda fucked. Unless the fix the spawn rate and locations so they don’t spawn right next to the FT all the time.

At this point its 50/50 cause when I play pred ft kills a pig it doesn’t show up, so maybes it inconsisitant.

That’s the thing man, I’ve played a bunch since the last patch and didn’t run into this before tonight that I’ve noticed. I mean, can they even “Stealth nerf/buff” anything without the player having to patch the game? We’d have noticed that…

I don’t see why not games get small updates all the time it may not be a patch but it still can effect gameplay

Yeah, but the updater for this game has always been required when there were changes. I guess we’ll find out if more people notice it. Otherwise it just could have been a bug.

I think there trying to go for the route quality over quantity with patches,which yes there have been some rough patches but there getting there.

Yup I rather they take there time and try to make sure it works properly than release a patch every week and have it break the game entirely.
