Does anyone here play in partys with local people? Like friends in the same city?
Please tell us if you’re experiencing lag or the elastic band of popping back a few steps?
Anyone aware if you play Locally less lag?
In privates absolutely as it uses peer2peer connection I’d assume public’s are simaler even though they are server based that if every one happened to be closer to each other there would be less lag between them

I don’t think Illfonic has even one server for this game. I’m pretty sure it’s all host based

My ping rate is minimal when I have people from the UK on my squad, we will all be at around 4-12ms each. So I think the proximity of the other players has a massive effect, that and whatever internet provider they are using.
I shelled out for the top broadband package available just to reduce my ping, and am cables directly to the router for optimal connection speed.
