Anyone elses OWLF Collectibles not registering?

I have collected about 5 or 6 throughout the games but then when I check if I got them they’re all unknown.

Yep, 2 out of the 5 I have found have stuck.

You have to escape after the mission if you want to keep them. If you kill the pred, or if you die you will not have it

I thought I escaped more but guess I was wrong

This is a visual glitch i think, items should disappear after the first person picks them up. I believe that is the intended mechanic for pickups in game where that the first person to pick up the items gets the rewards. I know this from personal experience playing with my friends. The first person to have picked up the tape is the one to get the achievement and tape when they escape. The same for the pink bars and other collectibles. So first come first serve.
