You don’t need a 3080 for this game at 1080p
I7 8700k, 16gb RAM 3.0GHz, RTX 2070 SUPER OC…100 to 120 fps in game epic settings.
Yes sir but im sleep in my car front of micro center for a 3080/90 rn. Curious if anyone has one and playing on a 1440p monito with cinematic graphics settings…if so what fps are they getting. Ill post a benchmark if i get 1. Im first in line rn. One guy just pulled up.

I can help you a bit… i already have a guy doing a benchmark test for me for this game today on both 3080 and 3090
He will test both STOCK and OC.
But i think only at 1080p… we will see…
Ayyy got one today msi ventus 3080. Had to wait in front of micro center for 11 hours 😆. Total ive stood outside the store for 30 plus hrs on different days. 2k cinematic gameplay on the fuggin way woot!!

Lol seems alot of work to play a game. Consoles are clearly the better choice, easier to play with friends, Dosent require a updates to the systems hatdware every 6 months. Cost 1/3 of the price. Mehhh. I dont see the appeal of spending thousands apon thousands of dollars on a hobby. Seems pretty dumb

Do tell me what fps u get on cinematic at 1080p if u have a 1080p display that is extra…
U can messure fps by pressing ALT + Z which opens up nvidia metrics display etc…
Btw my friend will be using his EVGA card so im curious lol if its a big difference between manufacturers.
You wouldnt know. Its like you eat canned goods or you eat non gmo crops freshly prepared. I used to be a lowly consoler until i realized i cant defeat the pc master race with a mere console and controller. If you cant beat em join em. Ill admit chasing this card i felt like an nvidia groupie or some crap. On the upside i have two 12 subs and sound system in my car as well as the hp omen gaming lap top. I dont socialize much more than i have on these here forums. Loner/alone type. So yea i had me a case of Heineken loud music in an empty parking lot. Slept in intervals. Woke up nearly beat streets of rage 4 front of the line in a reclining fold up chair. Walked in got my card 1 of 3. Walked past 15 ppl who left empty handed. I feel a bit lucky. Ill be spanking the ps4 players even worse now.

PC is far superior for gaming. That’s why the top players are all pc and there are reasons for it. I used to think like you, but once I switched to PC is a whole different experience. It’s like the op says you just wouldn’t understand until you make that switch.

I switch from pc to console because I like money better than gaming. Lol I beat pc players in warzone. I have beaten pc players in fortgay. I have even beaten shroud in pubg.
For gaming you say? More like for fps games only. Any other games they suck ass at.
All those games have aim assist, that’s why you can be on par with PC players. Butt there’s your answer, you love money more than gaming so…

I worded that wrong. I love not having to spend money on updates for my pc everytime a new call of duty comes out
