Idk about an apology but this showed exactly their number one problem that they still can’t fix even into the new year, they can’t communicate for shit. Servers down no response, bugs plague the game making it unplayable at times no response, fan feedback on how to improve the game no response.

Whoever runs their social media, or the forums has done an abysmal job of informing the community. Just look at the forums, servers are shut down for presumably maintenance and people thought they pulled the plug on the game when it could have easily been avoided with “hey guys, the servers will be down for maintenance between so and so sorry for the inconvenience”.
