Hey guys!
Now with Arcadegeddon being released do you think Illfonic will allocate more resources over to Predator: Hunting Grounds to finish this game up? Of course they have Ghostbusters still in development and updates planned for Arcadegeddon, but part of me is hoping they can finally spare some manpower to finish polishing game functions and developing the last bit of content for this game. Course I’m being very hopeful here, but what do you guys think?

I think even they want us to give up already, but they cant say it publicly. I think there’s an enemy in arcadegeddon who has a cloak, uses blades for melee and has a ranged attack similar to PC. They built a bridge, we just have to take it.
Right, honestly I’m gonna try to hold on to OKH words of support still coming to the game and stuff still being scheduled and what have ya. Although seeing veteran people of this forum say that he said similar stuff a year ago and nothing has really changed is not encouraging.
They will release more content but the game isn’t gonna change from perspective of mechanics or balance. I guess it’ll still be entertaing to test new DLC characters.
At some the Leak Report will be out too.
Here’s hoping they end this game in a “finished state”. 🥂

There’s no way in hell they’re going to allocate more manpower back to this game rather than focus on their newer ones that they themselves stated they have more control over. For this game there’s a lot of red tape to shift through and a spurned community (that they caused) to deal with. The most they could do is continue to drip feed the same slightly stat changed variant “classes” or minor bug fixes every two to three months. The least is just outright saying they will no longer be making anymore content updates for PHG aside from a few maintenance patches.
Yeah, its highly unfortunate that this is where we are at with a game that was said to be one of their “core” games and their most “popular” title. I’m gonna hold my breath and try to be as respectful as possible and see what the future holds…even if its not too bright. When Illfonic finally states that they’re cutting off support and this game is still the mess it is…im gonna let em have the two years of pent up anger ive been saving.
