Are Illfonic even looking at the forums?

Like there have been so many question with zero answers. This is starting to look like the first few years that Dead by Daylight was out. ZERO communication from the devs

There’s nothing to really respond to. Just people yelling that this is too OP or that needs a nerf. They’re not going to make any balance changes with only 48 hours of data collected and if they came here and told us that, it’d only cause ppl to explode.

Exactly. Here allow me to answer what I’ve seen the most of…

Predator is weak: Buffs will be coming, there are much larger issues ATM. They’ll work on it in the near future.

Fireteam is OP: Nerfs will be coming, there are much larger issues ATM. They’ll work on it in the near future.

Matchmaking is taking long: They are well aware and are actively working on the issue. They don’t have a timeframe, but are just going to announce it’s fixed when it’s indeed fixed and healthy.

I want a refund: Illfonic has nothing to do with refunds. You’ll have to go through Epic Game Store or Sony. If they will not provide you a refund, hounding Illfonic will not get you one. They are the developers, not the publishers. They will fix and make improvements where necessary. Just please be patient.

Illfonic is not ignoring anyone. They’re sponging comments and trying to fix the biggest issue right now. Matchmaking. Their team is not gigantic, they don’t have a designated support team that could help with forum posts. Hell I don’t even think they have that many community managers. If they had 1/2 people there’s absolutely no way they could answer every post. Well, and even then, the answers they would provide would be very similar to the ones above and it wouldn’t be enough for anyone. Believe me, I’ve lived it, lmao.

So, while people may throw temper tantrums and make up their own scenarios. The best thing to do right now, is focus on the main issue, and then come out to the community when it’s all nice and done. They’re dealing with enough negativity as it is, why open the doors for more?
