So, each time i’ve played (been playing Predator main after my FT Dailys) and something strikes me as a problem.
I feel like it still is some kind of priviledge playing as predator and my acheievements -that is-- claiming 4 or 5 or 3 FT members and the bold text of “Fire Team Eliminated” just isn’t enough.
Its a lingering feeling that doesnt provoke an achievement unless i’m doing the Epic/PS achievement trophies (in which I still feel like we can’t monitor our progress with even though thats really important).
I constantly feels like we are in need of a content rich/ story driven FT/ Predator narrative that we don’t have yet.
Be the focus is on the present…and presently, currently, there is a “forget about me” feeling as predator.
Does anyone else feel this way too?
and I’m not going to word this the way others have like…
*“This game should be called FireTeam:Hunter Grounds” *
or " Why are the developers siding with the FT?" …
Of course these words belong to half shaven marketing departments (illfonic is to blame).
With all due respect to the general public, i don’t think they have the capacity to think this way considering the amount of detail this game has the professional presentation it has, I simply don’t think people generally would word it this way without looking like a completely numb skull 5 year old kid.
But that aside, I think we are either missing a little bit of emote polish or that the devs are really working hard behind the scenes to bring us something that will take 2-3 years to develop.
Something tells me if that happens (2-3 year plan of getting single/multiplayer launch), that we will be getting a t-shirt in the mail saying “don’t forget we got something cooking in the oven” on the front of it, which IMHO, would make me feel a whole lot better.
I also feel as though i’m decoding an alien language each time a play. Like i don’t quite understand the strategy…and possibly never will. Which adds a layer of mystery to it.
