- Yes (they both play with the same accuracy and speed).
- No (they are most certainly not and one is ALWAYS carrying the other)

Hard to judge the players themselves side by side when the tools are different, MnKB is by far the better tool for shooters. Its like comparing quick stage scaffolders with tube and clip scaffolders, ones faster to put up and lighter making quick stage scaffies look better but the skills of the two builders could be the same
I just refer to this video whenever the topic of “What kind of input device should you use” comes up. To sum it up in short, although it is a very interesting video, basically if you’ve been playing on a Controller for 20 years you’re not going to be better with a Keyboard & Mouse and if you swap over you’d have to spend months relearning games with it because your body isn’t used to such a control scheme and your muscle memory is fucked. Your arguement is stupid and your question misleading.
Yes you can preform better with a mouse than with a controller playing a FPS game. However…if you are unfamiliar or simply not understanding of the game and its mechanics, you will still underperform compared to others.
I don’t care if you have a brain interface like the matrix, potato is still potato
But you said! you said …
You agreed with Jeleolo Gaming.
.While at the beginning it may have been different, now is about the same.
And if those good console players who play with crossplay off turned it on, they would probably notice too.
No actually spaghetti is potato
Don’t you know anything?
Why am I even bothering with you?
…because I’m a masochist…I must be.
Jelou said, and I agree, there are just as many potatoes lately on Steam and Epic as there is in console. Using a keyboard and mouse means absolutely nothing when you’re running a scout duelist with a shotgun
that exactly what i was talking about…potatoes whatever the fauc that means.
I guess i have to hand hold people with this thread. the subjectline doesnt explain enough.
A mouse is more accurate than an analog stick.
This is an objective statement.
You’re approximating between two points using two sticks. Like playing a platformer with a racing wheel.
The aim assist has to be very generous in crossplay FPSes.
IE warzone, halo, splitgate all basically have snap tracking at midrange to try to bridge the input gap.
Go look at console rainbow six seige tournys and compare it to PC, analog sticks with no aim assist can’t deal with sprinting around a table even with thousands of hours in the game.
Why did you say it like that you’re going to hurt their feelings!
Lemme put it to you like this. When a Pred bounces around in the trees, I can’t accurately shoot him. I cannot land a shot, because I use sticks. If I were to get this game for my PC, chances are, I’d be able to land better shots. There are some things I can’t do as a console player, and I get that, so I try and adapt the best I can.
Like, when facing an Elder Stalker, or plasma spammer. I just accept my fate and die.
I doubt it.
The people making these games know analog sticks are unresponsive and clunky. It’s why twitchy shooters aren’t a thing on console but Valorant and CS are big on PC.
If your game doesnt feel responsive to play then its not going to sell.
not really a mystery that its easier to flick your mouse around than scrolling with a stick.
Still you get PC players complaining about aim assist in Halo though so it goes both ways.
You calling me a liar?
no absolutely not my liege! My loyalty lays with yoUU!!!
You can still be braindead with a mouse and be unable to hit a pred leaping around with crappy default settings.
difference is you wont see them struggling to turn like PS players.
You can just sprint circles around them and they cant spin around fast enough to do anything about it because the turn accel in this game is bad.
Compare controls in this game to COD or Apex and its night&day
They just didnt care when it came to porting controls and left it at whatever default unreal engine marketplace jank it started at
