I guess i am. I have this way of logic that doesn’t apply well to society. Its not absolute so there is a chance that terms relating to racism are said but not intended.
Here’s an example. Let’s say a person is a closet racist and tried his best to hide it and behave normally. That person has a confrontation and yells out terms that are perceived to be racist in anger without premeditation (this can happen in a phg match). There is intent of insult, but no intent to be racist. Should that not matter?
In a same way a person who is not racist could have a similar confrontation. They are not racist but still know the words. If they blurt them out in anger, are they still being racist if there was no intent?
I am sorry for making this difficult. I know what is perceived as being right or wrong, i just can’t prove it to myself completely.

Mine neither, but people do bad things in the heat of the moment and i think that leaves a window open where it’s difficult to prove intent. Maybe intent (context) doesn’t matter and it’s all about content.
I think racists can be bullies, but not always your typical in your face bully. There are a lot of ways someone can express their racism, and insults are the least of my concerns, but they do help to show who’s who.
