The marketing was very specific and aimed at fans of the 87 movie. It promised the “thrill of the hunt” and to play as “the most feared Hunter in the galaxy”. 2.08 has totally changed that now.

Believe it or not, those of us that are good on ps see a lot of what you guys see on pc.
Theres a few things here and there however, that are different.
Going just by me, on a mentality level, I have never noticed a huge difference between pc and ps4.
By that I mean I see pc players and ps4 players thinking pretty much the same on both platforms.
And since I’m good at analyzing people, I can tell what I should do and how I can bait or lure them.
But how many players do you know that can read people like that in a game?
Some of the stuff I’d say is common sense,
Some of it isnt so obvious.
But that said, I do feel theres a few things that are different on pc, and need to be looked at differently.
It’s a clusterfuck trying to balance this game.
For me I’ve had a few suspicions things vs pc players that I know shouldn’t be possible.
So I dont do crossplay.
However, if performance was the same, and I could get a guarantee that the pc players I’m going against wouldnt use any thing like low graphics or stuff that’s unfair, I would leave crossplay on.
But that’s just me. I barely trust ps players as it is.
Hell in this game alone, I’ve ran into two matches where they were hacking, and the funny part is, they werent even on pc. They were ps.
I might as well point out too, it would be nice if we could have an actual discussion with ilfonic, get a nice group of ps and pc players, and discuss the game.
See what data illfonic has, like you’ve mentioned you wanna see, and combine it with feedback and data from players.
A unification to try and make this game as great as it can be.
Which is how it should have been from the start.
Sadly I feel that’s just a pipe dream.

Yesterday I had one ft chase me as I was low and I was healing behind a tree yet he found me some how.

I never got that…in fact the entire game was brought to us and shown that you can play both sides. I don’t get this attitude “the product is called Predator! not FT” Is lame and sounds like its coming from a child.

It’s been a while since I’ve been chased tho lol.
Earlier today I caught 2 preds just how you mentioned and killed them.
One behind a tree, and one eating a pig.

I’m talking from the Predator perspective. I’m not suggesting they didn’t advertise the FT perspective as well. Jesus, you’ve become a real legit asshole lately. I figure because you’re a FT main you’re comfortable now you’re not getting your skull claimed as easily as before, so obviously you’re going to resist going back to the days when you actually needed to try and win.

I probably have finished the majority of my Predator acheivements so this isn’t a matter of whether i’m taking sides or not. But i can feel the prejudice seeping into this thread. I can’t help you here.
I generally have fun playing as Predator and there are good matches and bad ones. I can’t be on your side of… needing to WIN THEM ALL SO CHANGE THE GAME attitude. Its the way it’s designed so i play it as such and I tweak when needed.
Lets just say I play to finish my Dailys and Weekly for FT and when thats done I enjoy playing as Pred .
I hope they will buff the predator in some way or at least make it so there is a risk for ft if they decide to chase you

But this has been an issue for I wanna say 4 and a half months back.
Like when me and my old group play together, @VENN7eance being one of them, we dont fear the pred, we hunt them.
Me in particular.
Ven likes to do the mission, I’d rather kill a pred.
Buuuut this is a tricky issue.
Because since all of us know what the predator is and what its capable of, how do we add the fear back?

Or change it to way it was before. Or heck just nerf there weapon damage. Ft are not supposed to chase the predator.

I sadly have to agree with you. But Man there damage really needs to get fix. I get melted fast
