Are you happy that Insomniac develops the new Wolverine game?
Wolverine couldn’t be as interesting as most people think unless they learn how to tell a story like SPiderman ps4.
They need an all encompassing storyline and even reimagining a few things too which is what Insomniac are doing.
Can’t say the same for wolverine though unless you reimagine his whole storyline and incoroprate pretty much everything and everyone he’s ever passed by from the Hulk, to the weapon-x program, to his love affair with jean grey and even bring in classic to modern era X-men. The least interesting thing I’ve found is the old man logan, x-23 bullshit. To me that was a one and done.
Otherwise, didn’t some other game company put out Wolverine Origins game already?
Essentially if they thought that game was everything, then they will essentially make this new game redundant.
Usually if people are slightly critical with the first game, they will usually pull all punches for the second.
The Avengers game isn’t even good enough for me to buy even with the recent Black Panther stuff. Its lacking in back story which the Arkham series usually covers.
I guess I’m expecting alot, much like PHG but at least PHG never promised more than it thought it could delivered. Yet everyone wants more…thats why sequel matter.
This new game is no sequel but a re-telling or a reboot with their own thoughts and ideas. Since they tie so well together with Spiderman since its from the same company, i could only expect a really good well written plot and lots and lots of hours of exploration.
