Armor seems to come off when playing....

I have a weird issue where armor seems to come off. At first it was a gauntlet that was stuck in the air. Then also the Plasmacaster. This happened with the Samurai Predator.

The same issue now happens with the City Hunter as well where the Plasmacaster disappears and a plasmacaster is stuck between his legs.

Note that the issue with the Samurai Predator happened before today’s patch.

The City Hunter issue happened with the latest patch.

Damn is PC actually glitchier? I’m on PS4 and I’ve never seen this, I haven’t had an issue with Auto-Claim/Eat yet, and I’ve never had a second plasma caster instead of my second weapon. Maybe I just don’t play often enough? lol. I’ve got very limited playtime in my schedule.
