Hunters can take large pouch+Down Range+Impenetrable WITH buffed stats now. Just BS. Its meaningless that they increased some costs if they can still equiped all 3 on hunters.

I will test that one out myself but its still only good in really close combat, what do you do if the predator is not a potato and uses range play? Does down range say anything to you?

This argument makes no sense. Yes range play is better. But now more than ever you just aren’t allowed to come even close. And hey, 2.5 seconds, that’s one person. What if… all 4 carry it?
Basically any hope of having variety of predators is dead. Melee is just as unviable as its ever been
Before this the TTK with AR was around 3.5 seconds and those things have better range. Now give me a brake with your hypothetical scenarios of the predator just sitting there to die.

If all four carry it you’re pretty much dead on the spot. It’s going to almost look like a hack. Melee is just not an option unless one FT member is really far from the group.
That is exactly what they used to say about AK and it did not translate into reality if the predator was any good.

I’ve played the game and won as predator, I’ve seen people play and win as predator, I’m not saying he’s too weak. I’m saying with weapons this strong, there’s 0 variety in builds. Why run anything else when I can carry a primary and secondary that can solo the predator
