Authenticating bug

Everytime I try to launch the game I just get stuck on authenticating (PC)

I’ve got the exact same problem, and that’s after not even being able to launch the game earlier today. I left it on once for more than 30mins and then it came up with ‘authentification failed’ and let me put it in offline mode which at least got me to the main menu, which is the only time i’ve seen what it looks like. When you quit the game it’s still running in the backgroud aswell, I have to restart my computer just to get rid of the background process as ‘end task’ doesn’t work. I’ve essentially used up my two hours of refund time and I still don’t even know what the game is like.

I pre-ordered the game and I’m not able to access any of the thing it said I will be able to use like the 87 predator class and the mini gun for the fireteam

I pre-ordered it too, but since I can’t even get into the game I don’t know whether the pre-order stuff will even be an issue.

Im in the same boat, sadly, it was fine until today, now, 2 hours of trying to get into the game with no luck. I would like to see an answer to this from devs, as it’s been a long standing issue since launch.

Hope they will fix that bug, I have it too from the beginning

i bought the game 2 weeks ago and i didn’t play it once, always fails the authentication, i live in Brazil, the game isn’t cheap here, i really hope someone help me with that

I got this bug for the first two month of the game it was a nightmare. Now for some reason it got auto fix with one of the patch.
