You’re still saying that apparently you need to be the best team to beat the predator That shows how OP the predator is. That you can’t even beat it with a good team is what you’re still saying. Has to be the best team. So that means the predator wins 90% of the time is what you’re saying. Call me crazy but that doesn’t sound like a balanced game to me. Or that somehow 1 or 2 classes are so OP that the predator can’t win against them. No Dante does not have a health of 600-800. Its 185 max. Predator has infinite health with piggys health syringes and second wind thats way more then dante has. also has more overall health and the pigs are infinte spawning, gives him full health unlike the partial heals fireteam gets. Also he has button to press that auto locates pigs on the map.

Any decent player will win 90% of the time, regardless if they play FT with 3 potatoes or Predator. That has nothing to do with balancing, but because the game is flooded with potato players that have never played video games in their lives.
Yes, playing FT solo with 3 potatoes against a decent Predator is harder than playing Predator against one good FT player with 3 potatoes.
That being said, the moment you add one more good FT player is enough to tip the balance in favor of FT dramatically. And any decent pred will have a very hard time winning, if at all.
Now regarding Dante, you need to understand HP numbers and actual effective HP.
Yes, Dante only has max HP of 185, but it has so much damage reduction potential that when compared to a class without this damage reduction perks, it would be as if it had 316HP. Dante can take as little as 58% of the actual damage dealt to any other class. That means that a wristblade attack that does 35HP to any class, will only take 20HP out of Dante. When you factor in syrettes and medkits, Dante becomes almost immortal unless you focus on it until you down him and claim it so it doesn’t keep bothering you.
You do realise this rules out 95% of the playerbase, right?
Honestly i’d be surprised if 1 decent ft member couldn’t take down a pred in a gang of potatoes. Keep in mind, ‘good ft player’ in my mind is maybe Samhain level.

Dante only gets reduced damage while running. Which reduces it by 20 percent and 25 percent reduced explosives damage frankly one passive is useless unless your running away from the fight and the other feels bugged cause i never notice a difference in damage from explosives when using other classes. Frankly support and dutch 1987 i think are way better for tank builds. But what abour my suggestions. Thw two guus inwas arguing with early cant even address why the changes i propose will be bad for balancing. Those in my opnion will make it more balanced game frankly ifnyourna good predator these changes shoukdnt effect your performance, but will if your predator who likes to spam the plasma caster all day and use noth8ng else also it would help fireteam wirh more options against the predator. Frankly they need to xome out with ft dlc pronto and a decebt weapon for once.

231.25/0.92 (OWLF perk, while sprinting) = 251.36
251.36/0.80 (if there’s a support near by, which most of the time they are) = 314.20 while sprinting near a support (20 meters)
Given the fact you can start sprinting in a micro second and Dante has a lot of stamina, yeah, it is broken as fuck.

You dont know what your talking about then if you dont feel the predator is op with infinite health with pig full respawns or infinite energy. The suggestions i had on my first comment on this article only effect a predator player if you suck at playing the predator. The only skill involved with the predator is knowing when to bug out to heal or eat some pigs. Frankly my suggestions were generous like turn off infinite respawn of pigs, make it so they only partially heal you like they did with fireteams health packs and syringes, requiring the predator to recharge his energy a different way either through his ship if they put it on map or doing it like they do in concrete jungle where he recharges through electrical outlets. Have it were only 10 pigs spawn on map at beginning of the match and that is it, also habe it where the fireteam can either destroy or booby trap the pigs just like the predator can do to fireteams resources on the map. New weapons, gear, classes and weapon attachments defiently needed for fireteam
