Backwater being shit has nothing to do with performance. It runs perfectly fine at least for me. Its the worst map in the game because of its dogshit level design & terrible use of missions on it. The water village is one of the worst places to fight for both factions, the trek to & from each area is visually dry & very boring and the only remotely fun locations are the two bases up top. The church is basically never used despite being a very unique setpiece. The weed farm is too open. Its just boring to look at & unfun to play on.
