Bad Blood Cosmetics

With the Mr. Black mask now in the game, and a dedicated class one of the possible releases later this year, I’ve been thinking it would be good to see a bunch of bad blood-themed customisations added to the game. Some ideas I’ve come up with so far:

Trophy - Predator Skull (using the model from the Excavation map).

Warpaint - Predator Blood (glows in the dark when not cloaked).

Skin Shader - Tattoo (tribal designs that glow like the above).

Shader - Bone (applies an aged bone look to armour/weapons).

Anything similar you guys would like to see?

I love this idea! However I do believe you missed one thing that can separate a Bad Blood from the rest of the other Predators. That being the Gatling Plasma Shoulder Canon.

I kind’ve assumed that’d be coming along with the Mr. Black class, if that ever comes to be. The model was found in the game files a long time ago. I was just thinking that a set of cosmetics along that Bad Blood theme might be a good way to spread that vibe among the rest of the classes and builds.

Do you think the gatling cannon should function differently though, or just be a cosmetic thing like the City Hunter and Valkyrie? I’m inclined to say cosmetic only.

Definitely different, maybe it shoots faster when tapping the shooting button. While when holding the charge button, it shoots multiple high damage explosive shots. Maybe 3 shots per fully charged, and when tapping it’s like a fully auto kinda deal.

That could be interesting. Maybe holding down the aim button could wind it up, as well as send the target laser out, like with a human minigun. Then holding down the fire button sends out a flurry of shots, as you say, rather than charging a single bolt like the default caster. The caveat would be that it has a cooldown period after such a burst.

Like a special ability? I was thinking it could shoot a pulse shot (similar to shooting only 3 rounds per fully charged shot)

Yeah, I’d back that too. If we do end up getting a full Mr. Black class you could say we get one by default, but it’s be nice to see Illfonic’s take on a design too.
