Bad predator mistakes

What are some noob predator mistakes that really annoy you?

For example, there are new Predator players that heal right next to the fireteam, and it makes you question whether to kill them or give them a second chance because they’re so terrible.

When they use warclub.

  • When they keep mashing melee weapons despite getting parried 8 times in a row
  • When they can’t even find you with Hunter TRACKER
  • When they stand still shooting Plasma/Bow
  • Using Berserker
  • Using Melee full stop because they die so fast
  • Jump in the middle of 4 people and get second winded, only to escape, heal, come back, and die
  • Do nothing but run away from you for 15 minutes in the trees where the leaves block every fucking shot
  • Only just about killing you with the Axe at the start of the game and teabagging you, only to get reinforcements, deal over 4500 damage with Scout Duelist, and ping them out of middair with the 1011-12 hipfire and defuse their bomb and they rage quit🤣(specific pre-order guy called zui with a bunch of numbers)
  • Still not being able to find you AFTER CHOPPER IS CALLED
  • Deciding to rush the one Dutch 87 guy with thick skin in your team with melee and getting annihilated in 3 seconds flat
  • Being terrible with the Bow so they mash Wrist Blades to try and kill you🤣🤣
  • Playing as the most Badass Predators in the game (JH, CH, Mr Black, Wolf, Elder) and dying in the first 40 seconds (putting the character to shame)
  • Playing like an idiot and then reporting you for killing them🤣🤣

The noob Fireteam members are worse though…

I don’t think I’ve ever played a game with such a diverse skill gap.

Had one guy last night say he’s pretty much an advanced player because he’s good at shooters. He was in a trap for a minute than pred went to kill him.

Wow. That’s pretty bad.

It is partially Illfonic’s fault for not being more clear how to start the escape or just making the escape work regardless of the direction you’re looking.

Have you seen how fast we have to be to kill someone like Samhain or Wolf Mike before they escape a trap man?

No way.

He literally tickled someone’s toes with a couple uncharged Caster shots and hit one guy with the Axe and didn’t even get a down all game🤣🤣🤣🤣

The pred was mighty bane too, dude ate a pig came back and guy was still in trap.

It’s just a timed interaction. The requirement to look down wouldn’t change much, but, if you’re really concerned about that, then it could be made to auto correct your aim downward when you hold the interact button.

When they decide to kill A.I and ignore ft until chopper is called, if they even bother at that point.

Some fireteams can be hard to find. If you don’t have Tracker or good headphones.

Biggest noob mistake is playing phg in the first place.

-Having their mic on and then whining “how can they see me when I’m cloaked??”
-Going melee inside buildings
