You have early access to it on May 26th I believe if you buy Dutch, and then sometime mid June it will be accessible to all players.

when you buy DUTCH DLC you get early access to rifle with greanade launcher(? hard to tell its grenade launcher or somekind shotgun) and Dutch knife

maybe you get from loot box or …soon in somekind DLC where we get maybe Billy or someone else who knows
