Easy fix u must play 5 fire team games in order to play 1 predator game. Its the only way. And you can only save up to 10 predator games. OR give locked boxes to fire teams that escape with all members or give predator unique items for 6 fire team kills.

so now you get a mass of people with no interest playing as FT, running around trying to die as fast as possible, ruining the experience for everyone.

Crybaby thats you… and you have trolls in all the games. As fireteam i try to get as much currency ass possible
Another fix is for every 3 fireteam games you play you get locked boxes
Hard pass on your ideas. Most will take the 5 min que. hell maybe the que times would improve even more if they made private matches no longer give xp like how they should’ve been day one
no cause some people dont want to play with trolls
Then abandon your idea that would create more of them than your emotions could handle.

Let people who play 4 fireteam games skip ahead in the que.
This potentially helps both sides.
Those who only play predator get more people queing as fireteam.
