I’ve been playing the game for about 23h, almost exclusively as fireteam and there are some changes I think that need to be addressed. First and foremost, even though I play fireteam, parry is probably too strong. When you get good at doing it you can easily wrap the predator up for a good amount of time while your friends light him up, I solo queue but I shudder to think what I could do actually coordinating. I don’t think parrying should be removed but atleast toned down a little, like the stun duration the predator gets after you do it is a little long. Shortening that stun would allow for you to be rewarded for doing it because you deflected damage but not force the predator to get punished for jumping someone.
Second Predator probably needs a slight health increase, I think that he can be a little too easy to kill if all of your fireteam members are nearby and there isn’t much reason for them not to be. So if reasonably the Predator has to jump into atleast two or three members, he shouldn’t be crippled after downing just one of them. Now it shouldn’t be a huge health buff because then he’ll run through the fireteam like a truck but enough to give a bit more sustain, maybe a slight defense upgrade.
Third, a laundry list of little changes, there are some bugs I get, namely an audio bug where I can hear machine gun fire that simply won’t stop, outfit shaders new notifications not going away unless I scroll over them like 3 or 4 times, the loadout select showing my loadout 1 even if I try to switch until I go to my loadout 1 and then switch to something else, and the most comical, if your predator loadout 1 is the berserker class his model is not sized to the choking animation and his thumb goes into the fireteam members mouth. Which is daddy af but probably not what your were going for.
Finally and possibly my biggest hang up, can we have more than 2 hairstyles for humans? arguably 1 for women fireteam members. There are only two hair options for your customization and they are not that great to begin with, high or low bun? shaved or douchbag? Its kinda mind boggling, like you guys put all these options for skins and stuff but have 3 1/2 hair options in the game. Let me rock the Joe Exotic or have regular dreadlocks. I’d like more customization options in general but the hairstyles is the one that I feel is just bizarre to have so barebones.
