This game is amazing for a small studio and far too many people take games seriously. take a step back and be thankful, in time the game will make you happier. I get there are hiccups and minor issues but for what its worth the game is brilliant.

It is honestly my favorite asymmetrical game right now and it has quickly become one of my top favorites out of the entire AVP game franchise. It is hands down the best Predator game imo. Its not perfect but damn I honestly expected it to be terrible and I was very very pleasantly surprised. Honestly love it.
Now fix the matchmaking please :)

I still think the old Alien vs Predator PC game was the best to date. The fact you could choose to play all 3 was fantastic.

I just wish they were a bit more lore faithful to our weapons lol, rn they are nerfing the hell out of our most revered weapon, but aye it is what it is. Need better quality material as well
Played AVP2 for years :D
They don’t make games like they used to. The fact it had online pvp mode and each species had it’s own campaign, which in all honesty were not fast campaigns either!
Wish they would remake it!

I think you are talking about the 2010 avp game which was alright. There were 3 really old avp games, avp2 we played on LAN when i was in college. Some great times!
simple minds are amused by simple things
The thing about a game like this is the experience is completely dependent on the players of the game so you will have different people having drastically different experiences.
Whenever I watch a video or stream of someone new to the game half the time they don’t know half the mechanics of the game and it effects their experience.
Then the other half they are playing against a predator who doesn’t know half the mechanics of the game and that effects their experience.
When it is a competitive game where both sides know the mechanics and are playing them in a tight battle the experience is magic.
That is the risk with making games that are multiplayer only tho.
It was well before 2010 as i was in college as well.

Even the multiplayer was amazing. I think it was the expansion pack that allowed the Xeno players on the online modes to be able to molt into a queen and the marines could get into the powerload that had a minigun and a flamethrower. It was such a great game its single player story and online multiplayer was fantastic.

That game was fabulous even though I do not know what I was doing most of the time! Lol. Facehugging anything that moves was one of my recollection 🤣
