I would look into bf2042 some more and catch up on what your missing out on. I totally understand where your coming from. The beta made me nervous, almost canceled my ultimate edition preorder.
But man, they deff stepped up their game from the beta, immensely! Like I said portal mode alone will convince. Talk about old-school bf… well its in 2042

I played the beta solo for one night, I had more fun in that night than I’ve had in phg for a while.
I ain’t gonna front, I loved this game, but once they started messing it up more and more with every patch plus the sorry ass DLCs that are worse than the standard classes, I was so disappointed and it wasn’t fun anymore.
Plus, there is no challenge in this game. I felt like the best player in the world and I’m sure a few others feel the same way because the game becomes so imbalanced once you reach a certain skill level. I can play solo and not lose a match in weeks, how is that fun? I played BF and I was dying left and right 😆, but it was fun and exciting…I felt like a complete noob 🥲
Yeah immjust over shitty Illfonic and their bullshit dlc’s, which got evolved canned for but these clowns somehow got away with… these are the worst fucking devs every to exist imo. I’ll never buy into there shit ever again.
But yes bf2042 is miles better than the beta. Already super addicted and it’s only been hours since release of early access.
Is Hazard Zone tarkov-lite or no?
Not really because of all the arcade-mechanics battlefield has (fast movement, gunplay, vehicles)
But the game mode seems to be better than expected. But I think it will die pretty fast, like firestorm in bf5. They should make HZ free
