Played the beta, that game was pretty bad.
Gun play was good. But that’s it.
Everything else had free to play quality.
It strayed way too far from what made bf4 good.
Sucks to.
A proper sequel to 4 Woulda been good.
Oh well fps pretty bad genre now.

In the beta you could slide cancel and run super fast
Basically it was Cod but in a BF format
They took all that out and you really can’t bunny hop either
Not talking about that, I’m talking about shit like the classes. They should of left it very close to how 4 was.
Then theres map design.
Really wasnt that great the bf maps felt better.
Again, the game feels like a free to play game.
Specifically you can compare it to planetfall or blacklight I think it’s called.
It feels rushed and just thrown together quickly for money.
I’m not the only one who was disappointed though.
Anyway, it just sucks cause I was really hoping it was a proper good sequel to 4.

Have you played the actual game… its nothing like the beta… I agree with everything you said about the beta, but the launch of the actual game not that by any means.

That change to the class system really ruined it for me.

If you havent even informed yourself about the game, dont critizise it. Portal is one of the 3 main battlefield experiences, Portal is the most hyped one because its a remake of bad company 2, bf3 and bf1942. It includes weapons vehicles and maps from those games and you can modify and program your own game.
The game needs a lot of polishing for sure. But its very good

But just because you like it doesn’t mean the flaws I mentioned dont exist.
I guess you cant relate, but I just miss certain games that played reallly well and were fun as hell.

Thats the spirit. The 50gb from bf2042 will do a much better job than the space from phg.
Too bad standard edition pre-order doesnt have early-access. I have to wait until next Friday sadly.
