equipping bear trap with weapon wheel then using custom button to equipped plasma caster is extremely delayed or flat out doesn’t work and have to manually select plasma caster from weapon wheel, which is frequently delayed to.
(this happens with other gear and weapons too but mainly the bear trap for me.)
