Berserker is One of The Best Predators

Now before you murder me because of my opinion. A Hunter Leaps (with adrenal boost) five-times to six-times in a row while a Berserker leaps five times in a row (with adrenal boost.) Berserker doe shave slower basic movement speed, alot slower. It also seem like that the berserker has more base energy, but has a longer overload. Berserker obviously as more base health. I also think he has better passives to extra ten damage for melee, and melee stamina.

Now answer my question, why do you guys worship the hunter?

Greater perk variety which allows for multiple builds, better energy regen overload included, smaller hit box, decent gear qty, better stamina regen.

I don’t use adrenalin boost. Hunter is faster, has more stamina and perk points. It’s easier to disengage and not to die. P.S. No melee of course, only ranged playstyle.

Even with melee the hunter has enough stamina for at least half a combo and enough for one leap whereas berserker will need to catch their breath.

Giant hitbox, garbage stamina, and melee is shit.

I don’t appreciate melee playstyle. 1. Ranged does more damage; 2. You take less risk.

for the same reason assault is revered… it is the most balanced class when you examine stamina, health, gear and perks. Doesn’t excel in any particular category, but also doesn’t suck on one either.

Viking is better

Indeed I’m just saying that if you were to melee then the hunter has greater surviability.

Cuz he’s not a target lol

I don’t find it necessary for the extra points.

No, he has perk points but no gear and is way slower.

He’s losing 3 (technically 5 but the most you can get is 13)

So your trading a motion detector for essentially a free adrenal boost.

Which allows you to run medic and large pouch together.

So is zerk. Leap spam like with zerk

I will let you know the only time I use melee is for combining it with the plasma pistol. How do you like my build with berserker (I usually use the bow, but it is broken so… no.)

What I’m saying is the Berserker can leap way more. To me leap is way more valuable than basic run speed, but the trade of for picking berserker instead of hunter is one leap, but I get way more health and I have to give up medic. To me it’s a fair trade. Especially because people don’t expect somebody to play berserker like me. Also if they ever desire to add another gear worth awhile besides Med-Kit and trap, I will have enough room.

Given the right perks I really think Hunter gives you the most options. But you do you 👍

Thing is gear at the moment is very limited and perks are essentially the name of the game so to speak. With Viking you can run adrenal, large pouch, and medic together which makes the Viking an absolute unit whereas berserkers build is limited but hey at least you can have motion detectors or audio decoys with the bear traps. Idk berserker is fine for pub stomping but against a good team you’ll really struggle whereas a hunter will be able to outperform it.

my guess is hunter is jack of all trades master of non but still better than the master of one mentality

I would argue before the big buffs (last two patches) and ranged scout who would occasionally hit and run melee was incredible hard to deal with

Then the Viking should be better because you don’t have to give up leaps or medic.

Ya but thats if they do. In the current state thats not the case.

Not to mention your trading Medic or Adrenal for a new gear that you could of given up bear traps for.

I’ll admit bear traps are good but would you really give up adrenal or medic for them?
