Berserker knifed to death by 3 fireteam members

full health, vs combistick, in a game where only THREE people were on fireteam, I was knifed to death.
I couldn’t even run away as berserker to heal, BECAUSE HE CAN’T RUN IN SECOND WIND.

I couldn’t attack to defend myself, I got 2 of them down and was chased down by the third

3 guys with knives.

this is ridiculous.

I even tried it out with some friends and we did the same to another predator, we just knifed him in under 20 seconds, he couldn’t do a damn thing.

what the hell are you people doing with this game. seriously.

There is this ability you can use when in trouble it’s called leap.
After you leap away you play the game how they designed it and pick of the fireteam one at a time when they are spread thin fighting A.I. the fact that they were able to gank you with 3 knives means you just leroryed

in there expecting a quick win but a team that knows what they are doing will just parry and kick your ass.

you can’t leap away if you have no stamina, smartass.

combistick combo literally destroys your stamina and you need 2/3 your stamina to even LEAP.

if you don’t know the fundamental problems with the game don’t talk shit, I paid money for this and the fact that this kind of thing can happen with no ability to escape it is unacceptable.

furthermore, genius boy, in second wind you can’t leap either. you can’t attack, either. and without any stamina you can’t RUN either.

oh, and while I’m at it, THE PREDATOR IS A HUGE MOUNTAIN OF MEAT WITH A BIG SPEAR. a fucking combat knife isn’t going to parry that shit, it’ll break your arm if you tried.

Ah I see you saw the first part of my response and your lizard brain took over. So I’ll say it again. The game isn’t meant for the predator to run at the fireteam and wreck their shit. It’s designed to replicate the first movie and in that movie the Predator slowly and methodically killed all of Dutch’s team. And when their was only Dutch left they fought hand to hand and Dutch held his own for the most part even blocking blows from the predator. Dutch and the predator both had to hit and run until one of them got the upper hand and Dutch came out on top.

Parrying is currently really strong due to no stamina drain or negative drawbacks of any kind, my knife is my go to weapon, the moment any predator thinks they can grab a quick kill, there I am killing them with little difficulty in melee. Thst said, never Leroy shit. This game isnt broken, it does need balancing for sure, but most predators just want to be a walking mountain of flesh and tear through a fire team. Like…no. predator skin isnt bullet proof, 4 fire team members should have no issue gunning down a dumb as fuck predator who thinks they should be able to melee kill a whole team in seconds (not saying this is you, just 80% of predators in general). Knife damage should be halved and add stamina drain to successful parties. My biggest problem noticed today is it’s too easy to complete objectives and the fireteam gets too many ways in their kits alone to keep restocked on ammo and health, that 15 minutes to wear the fireteam down is kind of shitty, more time would be nice. Anywho, beserker should still die if it bull rushes, if I decide to get in the way and parry, dont keep attacking, either leap away or run away idgaf, dont let yourself get ganked and shanked.

I and many other streamers can showcase how a coordinated team vs the predator that uses all the tools given to them, have so many edges in most situations that it’s laughable. Fall damage as a human? Laughable. Having the ability to jump without losing stam and it’s the same speed as sprinting as a human? Laughable. Scar gun, full clip = dead pred in the body… laughable. Knifing for 5 hits SOLO vs a pred when a combistick takes 5 as well is… well what in the fuck.

Is this a 1v4 game or a 1v1, into a 1v2, into a 1v3 cause most fights tend to happen that way. Unless of course you’re talking about the plasma charge, combi throw, bear trap stuff that requires some serious set up and mythological gameplay, from the predator’s side of things. Just watch, there’ll be changes in the future that’ll seriously make you think… Hmm, I guess that was a bit “too strong” and eventually maybe there’ll be a day when we don’t see people infuriated at how neglected THE PREDATOR is in a GAME about THE PREDATOR. XD It straight up feels like a catering to the masses over the minority.

Oh and I’m level 64 currently (no x2 exp) only played pred, no customs and yes I have also played the marines in the beta. Shit was insane then, saw streamers abuse preds as well and I’ve played my fair share. Gonna finish up leveling and see the other side of things as the marines… oh and @Tranous you make good points, I have said there’s almost no way to stall the fire team or make them sweat really… they can finish the objectives in 4-5 minutes with my interference and harassing them constantly… it’s crazy. If I get parried 1v1 I just chuck the combi into the asshole and swap to netgun lmao… just cause I know they’ll try to do it again or I mix it up with wristblades. XD

I mean you messed up. Just get some distance, and pull your plasma caster out. Problem solved. Ive had so many people trying to pull out their knife on me, I just completely ignore them and take down the ones doing damage first. You need too stop expecting too be able too jump in and take them all down.

Maybe use Netgun and than kill them one after another ?
