There is but it gives the option as to mute player but when you click on the mute it opens up an option to report or mute and then gives options for what you want to report them for exploiting, cheating, etc.

Oh, yeah thereā€™s no feedback section that Iā€™ve seen.

I found out about the report because at one point I wanted to have in game communication and found you need at least the option to mute some people. lol The only people I ever consider reporting though are hiding FT or campers. Regardless if youā€™re playing Pred or FT those guys completely ruin the match in my opinion.
