Just finished a match where the predator had to leave because he phased inside of a locked building on the map derailed not too sure what the specific building would be but it was one of the large blue buildings near the train wreck next to the fence on the right side by the objective building of the jammer mission hope this helps predator would have won if not for the bug

Same happened to me a couple weeks ago. The tank on derailed on the far side of the loading dock, somehow I got stuck next to it and had to leave.
