Bio-mask damage

Are Bio-masks weaker now? Because that’s what it seems like. I barely got shot and I already got the eyelids blown out. Anyone else experiencing this?

that glitch at the end is just a visual bug. you mask is dead when u cant use thermal vision or aim the plasma caster properly
