biomask being destroyed one massive inconsistency

ok so i barely play predator mostly fireteam. but the issue here is. even in the movie the predator has the ability the original first ever one to still see heat without the mask. i was the beserker firing shots i wasnt even on the ground i was in the trees and my mask was shot off in seconds and i waited probably close to 10 minutes in the fucking que. this needs changing asap! the fact predators powers relies fully on the biomask is dumb as fuck … safe to say.

after they defused the bomb and im not touching predator till some serious changes come into play because it takes the piss to be quite frank! predator is not fun when his powers are so useless and counter intuitive. everything about him is a joke in its current state. so basically. in his shit state. its either stick to fireteam. or put up with the piss poor wait times of the ques for predator and how weak is yeah. thats a no. honestly illfonic you can do better than this at least i hope so!!

Even adding the ability to retrieve another mask, like reviving your dead teammates. Same idea, you would need to stop hunting the fire team and go recover a spare mask.

Hell, they have alien metal all over the jungle for the fire team to pick up, so canonically there had to have been previous predators! It would make perfect sense if there was even a dead predator in a lab or temple to not break the world immersion if that’s a contributing factor.

yeah that would be nice because without it his power was completely stripped when this happened i stood their running around trying to listen and i only found them because they was escaping too the chopper so it showed me the target. safe too say i still got murdered and the bomb defused. fun times for waiting almost 10 minutes in the que. fuck doing that again … lol. yeah that sounds cool a predator in a lab. would be even better if their was a predator map like the pyramid not just all jungles.

needs some more diversity too the maps and things to do. now i know why sometimes predators dont bother to come find us or cant. i was confused thinking has he given up or gone afk? now i know its because we shot his mask off which is dumb. so basically their is no hunt for the predator. the hunter is literally our prey and not the other way around lol

Same thing happened to me, you’re so lost without the vision! even the red and white vision from the movies would make sense and only able to see foot prints or something. limit the player’s vision, rather than completely handicapping them!

I agree, I mentioned in another post that they should do some Predator 2 stuff with city streets and Predator ships

yep predator is rendered useless like that. it amazes me how they managed to overlook this considering its literally in the first movie ever made. hell yeah ships would be amazing for the true predator vibe plus immersion and streets i would love that like in the second one

Calling a drop pod with replacement gear and weapons would be ideal same as the Fireteam can reinforce.

Exactly and if you really wanted to sweeten the deal for the whole match the “optional” objective can be just that. Predator can get some recovered gear or the fire team can try to steal it for a nice payout at the end of the match.

They would have to drop the gear pod mid match rather than at the end though

yep and make it so only you can see it or you can call it in i suppose? a button on the dpad or controller or mouse and kb. that way they cant intercept or know its their. because otherwise they will be on your ass another inconsistency or imbalance

Only if they remove the Fireteam reinforcement indicator for Preds.
