special shit because hes a robot:
overloading energy causes effects of a flash grenade and takes about 1/3 of max health, and second wind becomes temporarily disabled. biomask removed: has pretty much no effect. eye can be used as both a secondary vision mode and plasma caster laser. however, if energy overloads in this state, flash grenade effects last longer, takes about 3/4 of max health, and second wind instantly enters recharge state, even if it is ready or charging (so it starts over). but if there are enough headshots, the eye can stop functioning as well. it has 1/3 of the biomask’s health, without protection perk. if eye is disabled, overload effects go back to the normal mode (listed in this paragraph, flash, second wind disable, etc.)
