For some reason, after a while my screen starts blinking and the problem disappears if I set the resolution to 800X600 and does not depend on other graphics settings. Reinstalled C ++ Direct x and drivers does not help. I tried to capture on the video but the screen does not blink on the video. Please help solve this problem.
