Bladerunner is in the same universe as Predator and Aliens!

So many might not know this, but if you think about it Bladerunner is also in the Predator universe, look it up!

Much talk about adding aliens to the game, that’s obvious and I’d be confused if the developers didn’t already have that cooking for future DLC. Predator 2 city maps are almost certain to come.

But the Bladerunner franchise is also of the same franchise, and thus we could have cyberpunk maps to prowl and hunt, to flee and survive in. That opens up a completely different map set that would be valid in the universe setting, and imagine how cool all the crisp neon lights would look bouncing through the Pred’s cloaking.

Wetland and tyrell were competing for who has the better synthetics which is what led them to create more realistic Androids.
Weyland made androids
Tyrell grew synthetics

That’s why the synthetics turned all crazy and wanted more life or a life of their own. They were essentially making people or ai machines that think and feel like real people.
Also the reason they stopped using androids way down the line in the alien universe. Like in alien resurrection when they’re all surprise that chick is an Android.

The lore is so juicy, I hope the devs are as passionate about it as fans are. It kind of shows in this game, even with it’s limits. I bet in a year we’ll have a lot of what we’re talking about here. Maybe not Bladerunner cameos lol, but a map of a cyber city would be a cool homage.

i think one of the tattoos on kurt russels shoulder that lists the wars he was in is the reference, it must name a war that is part of bladerunner, something like that

I know blade runner and alien series are connected because Ridley Scott made both and even said himself that they are in the same universe. Blade runner is what’s happening on earth before and during the alien movies. That’s why in Alien Resurrection the earth has literally gone to shit. Notice how in the blade runner movies the earth is slowly dying and becoming a desert wasteland From all the technological pollution. That’s why they made synthetics. To seek out new worlds and start colonies so we could escape our dying planet. Also to do the jobs that most humans couldn’t or where it was too hazardous for humans.

But in the comics the earth went to shit because of an alien infestation that wiped out pretty much the entire human race.

Sadly synths are “no sport” and they’d be untraceable do to not having a heat signature besides aliens do really go for them lol
