Cherry-picking aren’t we. Or maybe I didn’t clarify it enough. I’ll use heavily reduced numbers to explain the idea easier.
Let’s say out of pc players, 1/10 players are good.
And then apply that ratio to the ps4 players as well, but there are 2 times as many ps4 players than pc. The ratio still remains 1/10 with this.
(This ignores some minor variables such as mid tier ps players turning crossplay off once they continually have poor experiences with pc, people running parties, etc, but the larger the scale is the more these discrepancies average out as they are relatively minor)
So take your pool of players, and have them play.
All groups combined
- Skilled: 2 ps4, 1 pc, 3 total
- Potato: 18 ps4, 9 pc, 27 total
Vs if it was just pc - Skilled: 1
- Potato: 9
So here we can see the skilled pc player if they were playing among themselves would have a higher chance of playing other skilled players.
However when adding this extra pool, it becomes significantly more likely for the skilled pc to play with potatos, as the potato pool has increased numerically, but the ratio of skilled to unskilled stays the same.
This can create the impression that all ps players are potato’s as you are experiencing more ps potato’s even if the ratio of skilled to unskilled stays the same. This is a double edged sword, as when a ps player plays with pc the reverse happens.
So I just explained statistically how these stereotypes of platform are created.

Sam is much better at letsplays, Vargaresa does amazing edits, Santos Live, Craftsman. Like, Bloodthirsty is boring and absolutely uninspiring.

Yup thanks just noticed it. At least they gave it for free. I was looking for the Feral mask on the add on dlc store to purchase it and couldn’t find it.
Then when I logged into the game and went to mask customizations there it was just chillin lol

So BTL isn’t the most popular and his content is really uninspiring. Worst of both worlds, so to say.

Cartoonz made like 3 videos, also his last one iirc was unfortunately timed during a major server outage and he was waiting 20 minutes per match. Absolutely did no favors for the game. Where as BTL, despite anyone’s feelings on him has essentially been a billboard for the game

I came to phg bc of Toonz. Dude is still fun to watch
