Thatā€™s only for if you have a specific goal or need that push. Honestly thereā€™s plenty of guides and workout plans you can find for free, or just make some friends at the gym. Plenty of people there are willing to help

If you donā€™t make over 120k a year minimum you shouldnā€™t even consider a trainer.
Everything you need to know is online.
Most my friends are trainers. Mainly older clientele that want someone to talk to while theyā€™re there. Chit chatting. Racking and reracking their weights some spotting and guiding the workout.
Literally nothing, $ 75 the hour
Probably the most jacked dudes in SA
Freelance trainers
Not potato trainers provided through the gym.

Weā€™ve tried to get him to play against us. Many of the ogs would contact him and ask him to play with us. He never once took us up on our offers and sure as fuck wonā€™t now. He knows who to avoid
