I think its time for you devs to try and fix this once and for all, how can you sell a broken game?
Maybe this is even fits as a case to be sued or at least getting my money back.

Dude, they even advertise 50% price discount on their social media, while the game doesn’t even work properly. Get your money back if you can and re-buy the game when they fix their trainwreck.
